RESIDENTIAL
Home renovations can be daunting, but with the correct advice and support the process can be exciting with better results for a happier and more financially viable outcome. Here at Mud Landscape and Urban Design we aim to be flexible in our approach and can provide you with as much or as little support as you individually require. We can provide you with something as simple as a consultation where we will share ideas and potential solutions to existing problems or requirements. If required, this can flow through into a more detailed analysis in which plans and working drawings can be prepared and used as a blueprint for your future outdoor space. These are prepared with close consultation and we are not happy until our clients are pleased with the result. From these plans you can either construct the project yourself or utilise the skills of a landscape construction company. For busy professionals with little or no spare time, we can handle the entire process! What a relief, you won’t have to do a thing! We can prepare the drawings and specifications and include them into the tender documentation for submission to a few reputable landscape construction companies. With our understanding in the tendering process we can ensure you are protected and that the final outcome is satisfactory from both an aesthetic view as well as a structural one. We will look after the project as your representative and advocate, and all decisions will be made with your best interests in mind to ensure the best possible results for you, the home owner.
Whichever path you decide to follow, we are available at any time during the construction phase or after completion if you ever need any advice. Additionally we can provide you with maintenance schedules which provide detailed information on the plant species selected for your project, including pruning and fertilising regimes.
